AUR&I stands for Agile User Research & Innovation.   This is a joint project of T-Labs' User Driven Innovation [2] team and the Quality & Usability Lab to develop and apply lightweight user research methods. We support T-Labs projects with continuous user experience evaluations from the beginning on. The focus is on agile development, i.e. quick testing and immediate feedback to developers and other project members as required for SCRUM [3] projects. The long-term goal is to establish a set of methods and tools that are well-suited for this kind of  project management.
