Below you find methods which are not concerned with "Joy of Use" specifically, but with the usability aspect satisfaction or with emotion measurement in general.
Geneva Appraisal Questionnaire (GAQ)The GAQ is based on Scherer‘s Component Process Model of Emotion (five components of emotion: cognitive, neurophysiological, motivational, expressive and subjective feeling) and can be used to report the appraisal process of a specific emotional episode in retrospect.
According to Scherer the appraisal process is sequential and contains stimulus evaluation checks (SEC) regarding different appraisal goals (e.g. novelty, intrinsic pleasantness, goal relevance, coping potential and compability with external and internal standards.).

IsoMetricsThe IsoMetrics questionnaire by Gediga & Hamborg (1999) is available as long or short version. Both are operationalizing the design principles of the norm EN ISO 9241-110: Dialogue Principles (suitability for the task, self descriptiveness, controllability, conformity with user expectations, error tolerance, suitability for individualization, suitability for learning).
The short version supports summative evaluation of software systems, whereas the long version is best suited for formative evaluation purposes. It contains 75 items with five-step scales on seven dimensions. The questionnaire provides information that can be used within an iterative software development.
ISONORM 9241/110-SThe ISONORM 9241/110-S questionnaire by Pataki, Sachse, Prümper & Thüring (2006) contains five items with seven-step scales in each of seven dimensions which are also according to the norm EN ISO 9241-110. As result one gets a total value for the usability of the rated software.
