| Abstract | In this paper we present a speech-based smart home system and discuss the results of an extensive user study carried out at Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, Berlin University of Technology. In the study we concentrated on the comparison of the behaviour of younger and older users evaluating the usability of the smart home system, and investigated their interaction style with the system. |
