Biography
Florian Metze joined T-Labs in March 2006. He received his doctoral degree in Computer Science in 2005 while working at the Interactive Systems Labs at Universität Karlsruhe (TH) and Carnegie Mellon University. Before that, he studied physics and phonetics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), the University of St. Andrews and Université des Sciences Humaines Strasbourg (USHS). He also spent time at Siemens AG in München and Mercer Management Consulting and worked as a consultant in the area of automatic speech recognition.
