Zusammenfassung | In the context of Quality of Experience for web browsing, recent results have shown that existing models for measuring performance in terms of QoE still address a too limited selection of metrics. For a more valid approach, an extension of single page requests into ísessionsí, i.e. a consecutive series of page requests, and task-driven evaluation is required. In our study, we evaluated the impact of page load durations, total session durations and task completion times on Web-QoE. The results show that task completion time is a key influencing factor for understanding Web-QoE of sessions. Thus, novel diagnostic information beyond page load durations is needed to reliably capture the interactive nature of web applications when measuring Web-QoE. |
